We do not offer refunds. Our returns policy lasts 7 (seven) days. If requested within 7 (seven) days of your purchase, we can offer you a store credit.
To complete your return, we require a request in writing via email at info@valleylocalpages.com or use our Contact Page.
Please include the following information:
- Account email address
- Name of product
- Reason for your return request
Returns
Once your return is approved (just a formality), we will initiate a store credit to your Valley Local Pages account. We will notify you via email of your return status.
Store Credit
If you are approved for a store credit, you will receive a coupon code to use on our website within 6 (six) months. We will notify you via email with your coupon code.
