Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 (three) days. If 3 (three) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, only a store credit.

To complete your return, we require a request in writing via email at info@valleylocalpages.com or use our Contact Page.

Please include the following information:

  • Account email address
  • Name of product
  • Reason for your refund request

Refunds

Once your return is approved (just a formality), we will initiate a refund to the same card you made the payment from. We will notify you via email of your refund status.

Store Credit

If you are approved for a store credit, you will receive a coupon code to use on our website within 6 (six) months. We will notify you via email with your coupon code.
